The creator of "INSOL del Chingiale" - winemaker Helena Lindberg explains it continues to search and the ability to experiment. The name of the wine means "surprise". This wine is really able to surprise her with a saturated rich flavor and excellent balance.
The grapes for the creation of "INSOL del Chingiale" grown on clay loose soils. First vines were planted here in 2002, planting density of 6,500 vines per hectare. Terroir and vines, despite his youth, provide strength and expressive wine personality. Harvested by hand at the end of September in 15-kilogram boxes. Grapes passes rigorous sorting. Fermentation lasted 21 days at 28 ° C. 20% of the wine underwent malolactic fermentation in oak barrels and the rest - in stainless steel tanks. 40% of the wine was aged for 6 months in new and two-year French oak barrels. After bottling, the wine matured for another 3 months in bottles.
