Beer amber-gold (honey) color.


Rich taste of beer, clean, refreshing, very harmonious. The bouquet sweetish malt balanced tone, much bitterness of hops and fruit tones.


Pleasant aroma of beer filled with tones of freshly baked bread, fruit and herbal and floral hop notes.


Beer can be used as an aperitif, combined with appetizers, dishes of meat, poultry, white meat, fish, seafood, cheese.

"Holba" Serak - The flagship brewery Holba, bottled draft beer, which are used in the manufacture of clean and tasty water from underground karst caves, barley malt, hops. In a balanced taste "Kholba" Šerák no acidity, instead - attractive, pronounced, but not dominant in the bouquet of hop bitterness, which is balanced by the sweetness of the malt.
