Grappa Cru Monovitigno Picolit is made only from fresh grape pomace Picolit. Fermentation takes place under vacuum in containers at controlled temperatures. Nonino distillery respects tradition and skill, the family personally follow each step in the process of distillation that guarantees the highest quality.
