For the production of wine grapes used several varieties: Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Merlot. After careful selection of grapes carried out vinification, including a temperature-controlled fermentation and maceration of the skin, which lasts 10-12 days. After fermentation, the wine is brewed for several months in stainless steel tanks, after which it is bottled. As a result, the wine acquires a distinctive fruit flavor and keeps it for a long time.
