Grapes, which is collected in the vineyards Domain Bott-Gale, whole bunches are placed in cardboard boxes and immediately transported to the plant (this is done in order to minimize the damage and prevent the berries rot, premature fermentation and later - bitterness in the taste) where it is subjected to extremely delicate spin cycle. This allows you to preserve all the natural beauty of taste Gewurztraminer grapes. It is noteworthy that the wine is not added sugar (to increase the strength of wine) and substances that facilitate the subsequent filtration of wine. Therefore, the fermentation period is not strictly set - it ranges from three to six months to complete maturation of the product. Gewurztraminer grapes likes high temperatures and burning sun (which is surprising, as the birthplace of the grapes is cool and rainy Germany) so it tastes different spices and is quite heavy.
