Marta and Daniel Gantenbein - the most famous winemakers in Switzerland. The first wine Gantenbein released in 1982. Being improved from year to year, the family began producing wine Gantenbein international level, and today they are considered the standard wine farm in Switzerland. Vineyards farms are located in the region Bündner Gerrshaft that in the eastern part of Switzerland, at the border with Liechtenstein and Austria. Pinot Noir has an area of ​​4.8 hectares, planted with Chardonnay 0.9 ha and Riesling given only 0.3 hectares. Harvesting is done by hand, and each bunch is taken individually, at the time of optimum ripeness. Yields vines kept low in order to achieve the maximum concentration of the juice of the berries.
