Wine Gaja, "Sperss", Langhe DOC, 2004
Wine beautiful maroon.
Taste wine reflects the strict style, typical of the terroir Serralunga: excellent structure and activity of the mature tannins. It has low acidity and a terrific warm fruity aftertaste with notes of menthol.
The aroma of this wine is filled with lush and juicy tones of blackberries, raspberries, alternating shades of tar, licorice, menthol and truffles.
Wine perfectly accentuate the taste of meat dishes, appetizers, vegetable salads and Italian risotto.
