The wine is harmonious, concentrated flavors with soft layers of fruit notes and a long aftertaste saturated.
The wine has a rich aroma with a slightly sharp and focused shades of black ink, polished river stones, blackberries and spices.
Wine perfectly accentuate the taste of dishes from red meat and noble cheeses. Before serving, it is recommended to decant the wine for about 1 hour.
Vineyards economy Ca 'Markandeya are located in Castagneto Carducci in Bolgheri. The grapes for wine making "Kamarkanda" grown in rocky, limestone soil called "terre bianche" ("White Land"), ideal for long-lived wines.
