Rich taste of the wine has an amazing balance between fruit and acidity, has clear notes of apple and citrus, creamy texture and a lingering, rich, fresh finish.

Interesting Facts
The grapes for "Freixenet Cava Brut Nature" is assembled by hand in plastic boxes of 25 kg. At the plant grapes exposed to clean and easy pneumatic compression for the first extraction of juice. Juice left for 24 hours for precipitation of solids. Bottled wine is aged for 30-40 months.
Freixenet company was founded in 1889 after Pedro Ferrer Bosch, owner of the vineyard "La Freixeneda" married Dolores Sala Vive, heiress of the wine trade house with a 200-year history of "Sala". Freshenet is one of the largest and oldest manufacturers of sparkling wine from Spain, which exports its products to more than 120 countries worldwide. The winery is located in the Penedès region, in the heart of Catalonia, 40 km south-west of Barcelona. Climate and chalky soil of this region is ideal for growing grapes.
Cava - Spanish term for sparkling wines of high quality. These wines are made exclusively from the Spanish grape varieties. Selected for the production of the best raw materials.
