Bourbon "1783" Small Batch got its name in honor of Evan Williams, the foundation of his first distillery in Louisville, Kentucky. As part of bourbon prevails corn, and the rest is a mixture of cereals and barley malt. History of Heaven Hill Distilleries began after the repeal of Prohibition in 1934, the year.
