The wine is light yellow color with greenish reflection.
Wine with a fresh and rounded taste, creamy texture, with notes of licorice, with a very sharp and crisp finish.

Wine "T" Friulano, 2011 is made from Tokay Friulano grapes harvested in the region of Collio in the vineyard of San Floriano del Collio, on calcareous and sandy soils. A large amount of sunlight helps the grapes to reach full maturity. Due to the proximity of the Adriatic Sea sea breezes reduce the risk of fungal diseases of grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Before carrying out bottling, wine give "rest" for about six months in steel tanks.

Oenological Kollavini family history begins in 1896. Eugenio - the founder of the winery, while supplying their wine to neighboring farms, not even imagining that a century later, it will gain the whole world. In 1970, thanks to innovations in the field of sparkling wines and creating Ribolla Dzhialla - the results are accurate and original research methods - winemaking region gets more glory. In those years, the square named Kollavini were increased acquisition of the old manor house of the XVI century in Kono de Rosazzo, which later became the residence of the family estates and cellars were used to store wine. In 1980, all activities Kollavini occurs exclusively in this prestigious residence.
