The wine is dark, almost impenetrable ruby red.

"Forresco" - red dry wine of great complexity in aroma and taste. To make it, the manufacturer used grape varieties Refosco (80%) and Pignola (20%). To harvest begin in mid-October. Grapes were collected in special trays and placed in a drying chamber for the chemical elements and compounds responsible for fruity drinks and future become more concentrated. Then grapes sorted, crushed and placed in an automatic tanks for fermentation for three weeks. Temperature is controlled in these tanks. After that, the wine is kept in barrels of French oak Allier and Troncais 24 months. Upon completion of bottled wine and further incubated for another 24 months. The wine can be consumed young or stored for 12 years.
