Tasting Notes


The wine is characterized by a deep, almost impenetrable ruby ​​red.


In balsamic, a rare complexity and severity of the taste of wine felt smooth, but strong tannins, light spice notes. The texture is soft. The finish is practically endless.

"Forresco", 2006 - red dry wine of great complexity in aroma and taste. To make it, the manufacturer used grape varieties Refosco (80%) and Pignola (20%). To harvest begin in mid-October. Grapes were collected in special trays and placed in a drying chamber for the chemical elements and compounds responsible for fruity drinks and future become more concentrated. Then grapes sorted, crushed and placed in an automatic tanks for fermentation for three weeks. Temperature is controlled in these tanks.
