Tasting Notes
Intense greenish-yellow color.
An elegant wine with a great taste of fresh apricots and pears, as well as excellent balanced acidity. In the long aftertaste in the foreground ripe white fruit.
Wonderful aroma of fresh fruits, apricots, fresh cut grass and spices.
The wine goes well with white meats, fish sauce and soft cheeses.
Interesting Facts
Edra Blancoluz - an excellent white wine, which will give pleasure. The grapes from which produce Edra Blanolyuz, is not widely popular with Spanish wine, but drink from it gets full with a very soft texture. In order to produce such a wonderful drink, and the full potential of berries transferred to a glass of wine, has done a great job. Grapes in early September is assembled by hand. Then the berries are soaked in a cold cell, in order to extract all the most precious of grape skin and add the juice of the grape. Malolactic fermentation takes place in oak barrels.
