2012 season presented husbandmen "surprises": first, on April 17 hit a devastating frost, because of which was severely reduced yields in the vineyards and Grand Premiers Crus. Of the vineyards was saved, but nature was cruel - hailstorm brought significant losses in the best vineyards. Yields on the most affected areas was 18-35 hectoliters per hectare, so low it was not ever. The harvest began on September 12 and ended on October 2nd. Interestingly, the harvest of 2012 and created from it Fevre wines were awarded high acidity and sugar, perhaps because preserved grapes reached maturity in the short term, while maturation in previous years was more gradual, conditioned northerly winds.
