Winery Domaine Rene Bouvier owns vineyards in the village of Marsannay in the Côte de Nuits for four generations. The winery was founded in 1910. In 1992 he took the reins of the son of Rene Bernard, who runs the company today. Growers treated with 17 hectares of vineyards, trying to combine the traditions of Burgundy with the technological advances of modern viticulture. The farm produces 13 types of wine with organic methods, without fertilizers and with a minimum amount of sulfur. The grapes are harvested by hand, fermentation takes place in barrels and then aging in small oak barrels. The end product is a wine with excellent potential for storage, fruit and deep, with a real sense of power.
