The farm is completely abandoned the use of chemicals, and, if necessary, using biochemical processing. To ensure the high quality of the crop is used trimming of the upper shoots and thorough plowing the soil, which allows the vine and, accordingly, berries, get all the necessary minerals. And in the middle of the summer held a "green fee" when to provide better access to the fruits of sunlight and fresh air, punctured leaves and, if necessary, remove some bunches of green grapes still. Father and son Genty advocate natural maceration and fermentation, they believe that in this way the fault of the most complete preserved a special grape varietal aroma and unique flavor.
