Chablis Premier Cru "Les Vaillons" AOC is made from Chardonnay, 35-year-old vines that grow on the chalky clay soils of the vineyard "Les Vaillons". Planting density of vines is 5,500 vines / ha. After the harvest, which is held only to achieve optimum ripeness of berries, grapes undergoes vinification in stainless steel vats. As a result, the wine retains a unique flavor and freshness of the Chardonnay grape. Continuing the 150-year-old family tradition of two winemaker - Daniel and his father in law Dump Jean DeFeo united in a common domain Daniel Dampt & Fils.
