Wine Domaine Bertagna, Corton Grand Cru "Les Grandes Lolieres" AOC, 2007
The wine is bright and clear ruby color with delicate orange-brown reflections.
Taste wine at the same time subtle and delicately complex, with noble notes of red cherries, dark berries and violets, thin aristocratic rounded tannins and a long finish.
Sweet, elegant, complex flavor of the wine is filled with notes of cherry and black fruit combined with hints of damp forest soil, roses and herbs.
The wine goes well with red meat and mature cheeses.

In his place, Eva Reh-Sidle invited the young Claire Forrest, who has worked on many farms California, South Africa and France. Claire spent some modifications in the process of wine production: first of all, to reduce the use of new oak barrels to 50% for wines Grand Cru and bonuses, and up to 25% - for the usual regional wines. Now the winery is equipped with the latest technology. Team work only women winemakers producing soft fruit wines, to which they bring part of his warmth and soul. More than 80% of the wines are exported to other countries, the rest is sold to private individuals in France.
