Wine Chablis Grand Cru "Les Preuses", 2011 is made from Chardonnay grapes. The year 2011 was favorable for a great harvest. Due to the peculiarities of the terroir and climate grapes retained a special freshness and expressive acidity. Berries were collected manually and subjected to pneumatic compression. Fermentation was carried out in 228-liter oak barrels. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels and then bottled up another 6 months in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and richness of wine. The wine has good aging potential - more than 10 years.
