Wine Delas Freres, Crozes-Hermitage "Les Launes" Blanc AOC

An elegant white wine Crozes-Hermitage "Les Launes" made from grape varieties Marsanne (80%) and Russan (20%), hand-picked from vineyards located in the village of Crozes-Hermitage. These vineyards cover an area of about 2100 acres of land. After collecting the grapes are pressed and slightly fermented at a low temperature in closed containers to preserve the natural aroma saturated. At the end of malolactic fermentation, the wine is filtered and bottled for further aging.
Dry white wine Crozes Hermitage "Les Lawn" will be a great addition to white meat dishes, appetizers, cheeses, as well as an aperitif.
