Dry red wine Cote Rotie "Seigneur de Maugiron" AOC is made from Syrah grapes harvested from vineyards located in the cities of Saint Cyr Sur Rhone, Ampuis and Tupin-Semons on the right bank of the Rhone. Harvested by hand at optimum ripeness of the grapes. Fermentation takes place in tanks in a conventional manner, followed by cold maceration of the grapes gives in for 2 days.
