Wine Chateau L'Ermitage, "Sainte Cecile" Rose, 2014
Wine color pink peony.
Taste Wine Rack, rich, with notes of raspberry, lychee and hazelnut, with excellent acidity and fresh, lingering aftertaste.
The wine shows a clean, seductive fragrance with notes of gooseberry pie with vanilla cream.
The wine goes well with seafood, meat or fish cooked on the grill. Lovely aperitif.
