Bourgogne Chardonnay wine made from Chardonnay grapes grown on plots located in areas of Cote de Nuits, Cote de Beaune, Haut-Cotes, Cote Chalonnaise and Chablis. The drink has a classic notes of Chardonnay with abundant aroma of pears and minerals, with hints of hazelnut and oak. Aged in oak barrels gives the wine a creamy texture, good balance, and the finish is clean and fresh.
History of Burgundy winegrowers Tom goes before the revolution, when the family already had its own estate vineyards, as well as manage the estates of other families. This kind of activity is preserved to this day. Big step to expand possessions did Charles Thomas in the first half of the XX century, buying two additional estate vineyard. His case was continued by his son, bought a number of estates and taking a few leases. Tom also interested in territories outside of Burgundy, so now they have vineyards in the province of Languedoc and in Romania.
