Wine pale yellow solid color with greenish highlights.
On the palate the flavors are enhanced with the addition of aromas of citrus marmalade. Fruity aroma enhanced mineral inclusions, developing to the flavor of smoke. Wonderful long aftertaste.
Floral aromas of acacia harmonize with vegetable patches coriander and fern.
Well suited to fish and seafood.
Chablis Grand Cru Bougros - a classic Chablis clean, round, lemon and durable. It is made from Chardonnay grapes that ripen well in this part of Burgundy. White wines are not made for aging, but Chablis Grand Cru Bougros able to mature in the bottle for 10-15 years, acquiring a rich and complex flavor.

In the 60s, when the Chablis vineyards were completely abandoned and devastated, Robert Drouhin appreciated the huge potential of this land and began work on its revival. He is one of the first in Burgundy offered to give up pesticides and other chemicals. Since 1990, the company's vineyards are processed in accordance with the principles of biological and biodynamic farming.
House of Burgundy Joseph Drouhin was founded in 1880 in Bonn. Its history began with the Dukes of Burgundy wine cellars. Now the company owns 73 hectares of land, and it is the largest economy in the region, producing 93 wines. The vineyards are located in various parts of Burgundy: Chablis, Côte de Beaune, Côte Shalonez, Beaujolais. Two-thirds of the vineyards are a classification of Premier and Grand Cru. Here grow the two most famous Burgundian grape varieties: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
