"Fuoriclasse Barrique" - is a high quality grappa, obtained by distilling grape skins traditional grapes of red and white grape varieties. When the cake arrives at the distillery, it is processed and stored using Grappasystem ® - a special system developed by Roberto Kastanerom. The system is controlled fermentation and storage ensures a perfect meal and a healthy environment with the right pH level and the use of modern technologies. This system allows the oil cake retain their flavors intact even for a few weeks, a completely natural way. Aging grappa is left for 36 months in barrels, until it reaches the desired alcohol content of 38%, then there is bottling. To evaluate the bouquet in its entirety, it is recommended to submit grappa in large wine glasses.
