"Vieille Reserve" 8 ans - rich, buttery, high-quality Calvados, is the youngest in the collection of Pierre digestif Yue. It is produced by double distillation of cider in traditional copper pot stills. The cider for distillation is fermented and aged for 12 months in oak barrels, and then gravity fed to distillation.
