Wine Ca 'Montebello, Pinot Nero is created from grapes Pinot Noir, grown in the vineyards of Cà Montebello, which are located on the low hills of the province of Pavia. Harvested in the last two weeks of September, at the peak of maturity. After the soft pressing cold maceration is carried on the skin for 8-10 days. The fermentation process takes place in steel tanks. Exposure of wine is carried out for 6-7 months in steel tanks and continues for another 4 months in bottles.
