Champagne is a beautiful golden color with a slight amber tint.
Champagne has a mild flavor with hints of ripe fruit, spices, cinnamon, cedar and toasted hazelnuts. In the long, enchanting aftertaste nuances of candied quince felt.
We champagne fresh, gentle, seductive fragrance with notes of black currant, ripe cherry, blackberry and citrus.
Champagne is wonderful as an aperitif and a good complement meat, fish and fruit.
Brut Millesime Assemblage, 2004 - delicious champagne, able to captivate the heart of even the most sophisticated connoisseur. Its production uses a blend of two grape varieties - Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, collected in 9 villages of the Champagne region.
The 2004 season turned out to be relatively dry and cool. Loza started later develop. July was dry, but heavy rains in August have saved a crop, stepping up its growth and maturation. September pleased with the warm and long Indian summer, which helped the grapes dospet. Exposure champagne lasted nine long years, after which champagne is further aged in bottles for 12 months.
Champagne house "Bruno Paillard" was created in 1981. In 1984, Bruno Paillard invents the first cellar completely "at ground level". This new concept allows for extremely strict control of temperature, light and humidity. In 1994 Paillard bought his first vineyard. Now the company's vineyards cover an area of over 32 hectares of land.
Today the Champagne house "Bruno Paillard" produces 500 000 bottles of champagne a year, 75% of which are exported to more than 40 countries. Champagne "Bruno Paillard" can be purchased only in specialized points of sale.
