The young wine intense and fresh aroma. Initially dominated by aromas of red berries - wild cherry, raspberry and blackberry with hints of licorice and smoked. In the more mature wines emerge aromas of pepper, tobacco, humus and underbrush.

Beaune Clos des Mouches 2007 - elegant and perfectly balanced wine, with great aging potential: 5 to 40 years. The wine takes its name from the area in which it grows Pinot Noir grapes. Earlier this sun-drenched plot (clos) located apiary. "Mouches" translated from French means "fly". Bees in the local dialect called "mouches à miel" - honey flies. This is one of the first vineyards acquired by Maurice Drouhin in 20s. The soils are composed of clay and limestone.
