Baladin Brewery, whose name is translated from the ancient French language as a "storyteller", was born in 1996 in a pub in a small town in the province of Cuneo Piotstso thanks to the efforts of the owner of the pub Teo Musso, who became not only the founder, but also the master brewer and inspiration Baladin. Even in his youth fascinated by Belgian Trappist beer "Chimay", Theo has long dreamed of his own production. Teo Musso was a pioneer of the Italian brewing crafting each year by creating new and new beers - very original and very tasty. He constantly explores the raw materials and production methods to apply them in their craft and offer something new. In January 2012, Theo bought land to grow their own raw materials for the production of beer.
Baladin today - a large company with a network of its own restaurants and bars all over Italy. Beer production was moved from pub to another location, but the pub is open until now, it has remained a small experimental brewery.
