Wine Shardonnay from Arboleda performed under mild oceanic climate conducive to the uniform ripening of the grapes. Chardonnay grapes harvested by hand early in the morning during the period from late March to late April. Grapes fit into the small 12-kg boxes and delivered to the winery, where he first carefully and gently pressed. Fermentation is carried out at a temperature of 18-24 ° C in the Burgundian oak barrels, 8% of which - new. During fermentation are used only natural yeasts contained in the skins of grapes. 60% of the wort passes malolactic fermentation. Then the wine is aged for 8-10 months on the lees in oak barrels, clarified and bottled. Wine storage capacity is 4 years.

The name of the winery Arboleda (in Spanish, "Grove") was named after the trees of the valley of the Aconcagua, the surrounding vineyards, so on the label shows a tree.
