The wine has a fresh, soft, mineral, well-balanced taste with hints of fruit, spices and a very elegant long finish.
The aroma of wine is filled with notes of apple, lychee, melon, citrus, raspberry, almond, hints of acacia honey and spices.
Wine "Quibia" harmonizes perfectly with meat and fish dishes, as well as cheeses.
Winery Anima Negra was created by accident when the old tanks for the storage of milk at the farm was used for the production of wine for personal use. While grapes bought in the neighboring farms. Later, however, Anima Negra acquired its own vineyards and started to experiment with authentic grape variety Callet, which is used for the production of young inexpensive wine. In 1997, the economy has made the reconstruction, after the completion of which was a modern winery.
To date, the Anima Negra operates more than 150 small vineyards. The most popular varieties of grapes grown on the farm - Callets (Callet), Mantonegre-Fogonyu (Mantonegre and Fogoneu) and Cabernet Sauvignon.
