Wine Anima Negra, An, 2007
Wine bright purple with restrained brick-red hue on the edge.
The wine has a crisp, harmonious, perfectly structured taste with soft, well integrated tannins, hints of spices, coffee, Mediterranean herbs - rosemary and lavender.
The aroma of wine is dominated by tones of ripe dark berries, plums and dried fruit, also felt balsamic tones, notes of cinnamon, spices, pumpkin pie, smoke and spicy oak.
Wine is served to the game, veal, lamb and poultry dishes.
Winery Anima Negra was created by accident when the old tanks for the storage of milk at the farm was used for the production of wine for personal use. While grapes bought in the neighboring farms. Later, however, Anima Negra acquired its own vineyards and started to experiment with authentic grape variety Callet, which is used for the production of young inexpensive wine. In 1997, the economy has made the reconstruction, after the completion of which was a modern winery.
To date, the Anima Negra operates more than 150 small vineyards. The most popular varieties of grapes grown on the farm - Callets (Callet), Mantonegre-Fogonyu (Mantonegre and Fogoneu) and Cabernet Sauvignon.
