This delicious wine is produced by Anima Negra. An 2004 is created from grapes Callets and Mantonegre-Fogonyu. It is grown on loam rich in iron, which explains the characteristic red color of the soil. Crop is harvested by hand in small 10-pound basket. After collecting and sorting, grapes subjected to fermentation vats cement for 25 days and then fermented in oak casks.
To date, the Anima Negra operates more than 150 small vineyards. The most popular varieties of grapes grown on the farm - Callets (Callet), Mantonegre-Fogonyu (Mantonegre and Fogoneu) and Cabernet Sauvignon.
