The wine has an elegant, silky, well-balanced flavor with hints of ripe fruit and a long finish.
Complex aroma of the wine reveals hints of wild raspberries, cherries, violets and smoke.
The wine goes well with pork, rabbit and duck.
Winery Anima Negra was created by accident when the old tanks for the storage of milk at the farm was used for the production of wine for personal use. While grapes bought in the neighboring farms. Later, however, Anima Negra acquired its own vineyards and started to experiment with authentic grape variety Callet, which is used for the production of young inexpensive wine. In 1997, the economy has made the reconstruction, after the completion of which was a modern winery.
To date, the Anima Negra operates more than 150 small vineyards. The most popular varieties of grapes grown on the farm - Callets (Callet), Mantonegre-Fogonyu (Mantonegre and Fogoneu) and Cabernet Sauvignon.
