A blend of white wine "Chateau Bonnet" consists of grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle, the harvest of which is hand-built with vines 19 years of age in the vineyards in the Entre-Deux-Mer. Grapes are sorted by hand and by machine. Fermentation was carried out after contact with the grape pulp and skin standing at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C in stainless steel tanks in which the wine is then matured on the lees for 4 months.
