Beer amber-copper color.
Smooth, creamy taste of beer opens with bitter hop notes, which replaced the malt sweetness, more prominent than in the aroma.
The pleasant aroma of beer filled with sweetish fruit and caramel notes, hints of pine, citrus, undergrowth.
Beer goes well with spicy Thai cuisine, grilled lamb, caramel cheesecake, cheese (Sharp Cheddar, Roquefort).
El "Heelch O'Hops" is brewed with lots of hops, Columbus, Chinook and Cascade. A pleasant hop bitterness, on a scale the IBU 100 points, skillfully balanced the taste of beer with notes of rich malt varieties Pale Two-Row and Victory, and much more dry aftertaste distinguishes "Hilch O'Hops" from other models in the style of Imperial IPA.
The increase in production has once again demanded the expansion of space, so in 1998 construction began on the current three-storey brewhouse in the Bavarian style. The central workshop were installed copper cookers, rescued from two now defunct German breweries, imported from Germany in 1995. The launch took place at the brewery 2000. Since then, brewers Anderson Valley in excellent conditions conjure to create a well-balanced, complex ales and lagers. Varietal range brewery expanded sour beers aged in barrels, as well as a series of ales "Barl", which became the result of an exclusive partnership with Wild Turkey Bourbon.
