Wine estate Allesverloren founded in 1696 by the first settlers, and in 1872 purchased by Daniel Malan Francos and already belongs to the fifth generation of the family. The vineyards Allesverloren on the southeastern slopes near the borough Kastilberg. Due to the unique climatic conditions: very dry and hot weather in summer and cold winters, as well as soil rich in gravel, good moisture-retaining, achieved excellent results in the cultivation of grapes, which affects the quality of red wines. More than 100 years at the winery produces excellent port. Winemaker Dani Malan and his late father Fani Malan were pioneers among winemakers Svartlanda who have demonstrated a high potential region. In 2010, Danny Malan received the honorary title of "Best Producer of the Year".
