Los Aljibes Winery is located in Chinchilla de Mantsaragon, province of Albacete, in the famous wine region of Spain - Vino de la Tierra de Castilla. The total area of vineyards located at an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level, is 178 hectares. Winery bred surrounded by forests, vineyards and olive groves, is an architectural complex and is focused on the production of modern, stylish wines. Efforts and enthusiasm of the team, an exceptional terroir, low yielding vines, control over the process of winemaking provide production of high quality wines.
The vineyards are grown Los Alhibes traditional Spanish grape varieties - Tempranillo, Garnacha, Garnacha and Verdejo Tintorera and classic varieties suited to the climate of the economy - Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay. In the manufacture of wine at the winery are trying to allocate the best characteristics of each variety, and the combination of classical and Spanish grape gives the wine a higher complexity.
